Investment in your health
Investing in your health through private practice is a real financial decision, and if you are used to the NHS or a public healthcare system, the cost can feel like a significant shift. That hesitation is completely understandable. I want to be honest with you about what you are paying for and what you can expect in return.
Clinical herbal medicine and naturopathy take time — to understand your history properly, to formulate something specific to you, to adjust as your body responds. That depth is what makes it work. It is also what makes it different from a ten-minute appointment where you leave with a prescription and no real answers.
My prices currently reflect the early stage of my practice. I am transparent about that, and I will always be transparent when they change. I will also always offer a free discovery call before anything else, so you can understand what working together would actually look like before committing to anything.
What I commit to you
If you do not feel improvement after a genuine committed period of work together, I will not simply move on. We will look honestly at why — at what needs adjusting, what we might be missing, what your body is telling us that we have not yet heard properly. You will never be left wondering where you stand.
And if at any point it becomes clear that I am not the right fit for you — whether that is about approach, specialism, or simply the dynamic between us — I will tell you honestly, and I will help you find someone who is better placed to support you. Your health matters more than my client list.
Payment by bank transfer
I accept payment by UK bank transfer — straightforward, secure, and fee-free for both of us.
- Book your appointment using the options above.
- You will receive a confirmation email with bank transfer details.
- Transfer the consultation fee within 24 hours of booking.
- Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.
Good to know
- Bank transfer is completely free — no processing fees for you or for me.
- Transfers typically clear within a few hours for the same bank, or by the next working day.
- Please use your name and appointment date as the payment reference.
- If you have any difficulty with bank transfer, get in touch and we can find an alternative.
Cancellation policy
More than 48 hours
Full refund by bank transfer, or rescheduling at no additional cost.
24–48 hours
50% of the fee is retained. The remaining 50% will be returned to your bank account within 3–5 working days.
Less than 24 hours
The full fee is retained. This slot was held for you and cannot be offered to someone else at short notice.
Exceptions are made for genuine emergencies — please do get in touch. I understand that life happens.
