Health data is a special category processed on the basis of explicit consent and healthcare provision.

Terms and conditions
Scope of practice
I am a qualified clinical herbalist and naturopath. My services are complementary to, not a replacement for, conventional medical care. I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe pharmaceutical medication, or provide emergency care. If you are under the care of a GP or specialist, I will always work alongside that care, never in opposition to it.
Consultations
All consultations are conducted online via video call or in person. Initial consultations are 90 minutes. Follow-up consultations are 35–40 minutes. A written protocol is provided within 48 hours of the initial consultation.
Payment
Payment is due by bank transfer within 24 hours of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received. I do not offer refunds for completed consultations.
Cancellation policy
- More than 48 hours notice — full refund or rescheduling at no charge
- 24 to 48 hours notice — 50% of the fee is retained
- Less than 24 hours notice — the full fee is retained
Exceptions are made for genuine emergencies. Please contact me as soon as possible if your circumstances change unexpectedly.
Herbal products and formulations
Herbal formulations are personalised to you and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is your responsibility to disclose all current medications and supplements before your consultation so that herb-drug interactions can be assessed. I accept no liability for adverse effects arising from undisclosed medications or supplements.
Limitation of liability
While I take every reasonable step to provide safe and clinically appropriate care, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. My liability is limited to the value of the consultation fee paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of my service, please contact me directly at sara.lemaitre.herbalist@hotmail.com. I will respond within 5 working days.
