Western herbal medicine is the foundation of my practice. It uses medicinal plants — roots, leaves, flowers, bark — to support and restore the health of body and mind.

My approach is rooted in the European phytotherapy tradition, with complementary training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. I draw on the most appropriate tools for each situation rather than applying a single framework to everyone.

Each initial consultation results in a personalised written protocol — a herbal formulation designed for you, naturopathic recommendations, and if necessary, contact with a quality supplier for your preparation.

Naturopathy seeks to identify and address the root causes of health problems — not just the symptoms. It draws on nutrition, lifestyle, detox support, stress management and environmental adjustments.

In my practice, naturopathy is always integrated with herbal medicine. Plants and lifestyle form a whole — each supports the other for more lasting results.

Indian head massage — rooted in the Ayurvedic tradition — works on the back, neck, shoulders, scalp and face. It releases accumulated muscle tension, calms the nervous system and induces a state of deep wellbeing.

Ideal for chronic headaches, neck tension, insomnia, mental overload, or simply as a deep recovery pause. Some people describe an effect that lasts for days.

I trained at national level in artistic swimming. I understand what it means to live in a performance body — its demands, its logic, and what it feels like when it stops working the way it should.

My approach for athletes covers adaptogens and physiological stress management, recovery support and inflammation reduction, hormonal disruption linked to intense training, and support during injury or rehabilitation phases.
